Dined at the Cafe for lunch - quintessential amalfi coastal views on a gorgeous spring day - wonderful waiter and sommelier - excellent value with superlative service , views and food - fish being their speciality - think squid, vongole, local bream etc. Wine menu has a great selection of local vintages - rare find outside of the region -... Superb quality of food, atmosphere, and silence are the main things of this place. Waiter speaks a very fluent english. The wine list is superb. Tryed "Furore" of Marisa Cuomo; is like drinking the honey. Try the spaghetti whit clams, confi tomatoes, herbal crutons and green beans sauce. A little bit expensive but for a michelin star, this price is... More

Staying in Cetara we were amazed to find a Michelin starred restaurant so close by. The welcome was warm, and we were escorted to our table by a very charming man - who turned out to be the owner. Really nice to be in a family run business - now in its third generation. The views from the table were... More

Arrived at the restaurant and were greeted warmly by the owner and hostess. We followed the hostess down through beautiful landscaped grounds to an enclosed room overlooking the ocean and Maiori. The room and atmosphere are magical. The service was spectacular. The food was beautifully plated, and perfectly cooked as well as delicious. Wonderful wines to compliment each course. An... More

For the money, no good. 500.00 euros for our family. We were there 20 years ago, it has totally change to a very upscale Restaurant. It was so great then, that on our visit now we took a special trip to find it again. The setting is absolutely amazing, wish the food was the same...

Our second time here, this time with family, for of us. Spectacular view through glass walls sitting on a cliff overlooking the sea. The food is wonderful, the staff is very helpful and attentive. Great wine list. Fantastic steak and seafood, great desserts. Not to be missed if you have the chance to dine here. Just visit their website, it... More

This restaurant had been recommended by our day tour guide in Rome and chef at our country club in Buffalo, NY. It exceeded expectations. Great food, wine list, service, and ambience. A bit out of the way (about $25 Euros each way by taxi from Maiori [busses were full and refused to pick us up]) but worth the trip. Plan... More

We stopped in this place during the afternoon driving from Sorrento to Rome on the Amalfitan coast. We had some light salads and excellent sherbets - the restaurant has a Michelin star...well the café is cheaper and serves also commendable food the hungry traveller - it also has an incredible view and we avoided the tacky pizzerias which abound all... We stopped by out of pure luck (they had parking on a busy Saturday), but what an experience. We were welcomed in, and even if clearly 'touristic' outfitted with shorts and sandals, we never felt out of place for our lunch in this amazing restaurant. The views are fantastic, the staff professional and friendly and the food is on a... More
