I went here on New Year's Eve with my partner. The food was lovely but service very slow. I think this was probably due to the restaurants influx of large takeaway orders. Just a shame the restaurant diners were kept waiting. I'm sure the delays would be less at another time of year. The staff were very pleasant and fairly... More

Only used this for a takeaway but was not impressed. Order was eventually taken and then waited, and waited, all he while listening to one of the staff being rude to a delivery customer on the phone. Could have been forgiven if the food was good, but let's just say I won't be returning in a hurry!

My family and I recently had dinner as we fancied having a change from our local Chinese and having a drive out so popped down to Paddock Wood to start with we asked if they were doing the All You Can Eat Deal as advertised on the window reluctantly we were given the menu to find they had no duck... Absolutely love this restaurant! Nothing to look at from the outside but the food is second to none! Not greasy at all unlike most other Chinese takeaways. The quality is exactly the same whether you take away or eat in. Friendly staff who always get out order right and the house wine is pretty good too! Well worth a visit.

Always welcoming. Very pleasant staff, always friendly and accommodating. Never rushed to finish your meal. Plentiful portions, hot, great selection of dishes. Good value for money.

We recently moved to the area and were delighted to find a takeaway that delivered to our new abode. However that delight quickly evaporated when we tasted the food. A really dreadful example of Chinese food. We tried it a second time a couple of weeks later to see if it may have been an off night for the chef... More

I live local to the Honeymoon but rarely eat in the restaurant. This is mainly because I have never felt comfortable or particularly welcome. I cannot complain about the food - always very good and I regularly get takeaway for my family. The sunday buffet looks like a good idea until you discover that it is not actually a buffet!... More

Staff can be abrupt, but the food is not bad, could be better though. But service to the door is good.

After having many takeaways from here and always enjoying the food, we decided to try the Sunday buffet. It's not a buffet it is eat as much as you like off a menu but only ordering one main and one side each at a time. Fair enough to prevent wastage but the portions are huge and on the menu it...
