We inundated Kohukohu with the Tour of NZ bike race passing through. This place must have turned a tidy profit for the day but coped well. Nice offerings.

What a stunning hideaway this wee town is....it is well worth a look....just to experience the peace and tranquility. A beautiful spot to enjoy an excellent cappuccino.

We enjoyed our coffee. In fact we had 2. Staff were lovely and helpful. Hubby had scrambled eggs with salmon. Lots of salmon. I had eggs Florentine nice bit too much sauce. Over all well priced and nice people

We just stopped for coffee but it was terrible. I asked for double shot and it was barely a single - and tepid. Husband's short black was equally poor.

This cafe is full of home made goodies, a big local welcome and a lovely outlook. The prices were better than being in Auckland and is a good place to wait if you have missed the ferry,

2 weeks ago I went for a mediocre coffee and a velvet cake. I must add that I had been there 3 weeks prior and asked for a carrot cake. On both occasions the cakes were hard on the outside. This usually indicates that the...More

It was busy and not enough tablesfor 8 of us. They kindly offered us a table inside the pub, as it had just been cleaned but was not officially open.... we had 4 kids to keep contained so took up the offer. Delicious homemade pies!...More

Awesome place. Great staff. Food is outstanding and reasonably priced. Recommend to others before catching the ferry to Rawene. Kick back and relax.
