We picked this restaurant for a casual night out. It is located up the hill from the citadel. We stuck with pizza from their wood-burning stove. It was delicious pizza. Price was very reasonable and the staff was friendly. Pizza topping options were varied with something to please everyone. It was busy, so glad we made a reservation.

A punta is a cozy local restaurant, which has created a great atmosphere and always makes you feel welcome. I have been to Italy several times and had pizzas from all over the country, other places in France aswell, but A punta´s pizza is still the best I've ever tasted. Take away is also possible, wifi is available and the... More

Friendly welcome from the maîtresse d', who looked after us throughout our evening at this pleasant restaurant on a street corner, off the beaten track, in the Corsican town of Calvi. We shared a very good bottle of red, a Calanzana Trebbiu 2015 (if my spelling is correct). My partner had the chard tart, followed by the lamb, and finally... More

Try the cheese pizza with honey, SO good! Good service and nice staff. A lot of locals eat here, which is always a good sign.

Whilst we love a bit of fine dining it is also nice to have an amazing pizza. You have to wait to be served but the pizzas once ordered swiftly appear and are divine .A beautiful crust and plentiful authentic toppings. They also serve Corsican food which was very popular too including set menus. Highly recommended though for pizza! We... More

If you want a good pizza while you are in Calvi, this is the place. We visited in an evening in early June and sat outside where you could see the mountains and didn't feel at all like you were sat by a road. It's quite nice and peaceful as it's up past the Citadel so not completely bustling but... More

Location: Avenue Napoleon, Calvi. There might not be parking on the street, however a short drive away out of town there was a small free car-park. It's a couple of minutes to walk back into town and you get nice views of the bay from the other side of the fortress. Cuisine: Italian Staff: Polite, friendly and very helpful, there... More
