The restaurant opened its doors on June 30th, 2014. A healthy and varied cooking(kitchen) is proposed to you there from Monday to Friday noon(south). In a pleasant setting, and off the beaten track, you will be surprised finding us there... Absolutely everything is made by ourselves(by our care), or by local craftsmen(architects). The care of the cellar was confided(entrusted) to the ARTNOA houses of wines for its knowledge without weaknesses(faults). The ewe cheese comes directly from the valley of Aldudes, directly from the producer. The bread, our "Dada"("horsie","hobby") is made by the bakery Martinez, to Anglet, elected representative better baguette of the Basque Country in the past. We delicatessen are carefully selected at "Helder" to Anglet. The origin of our meats varies according to the supplies, Origin France for the steak of the burger, and the meat of the Tartar in the knife. You will find at our home(with us) a cooking(kitchen) of the market, with a today's special in 9€, and a card(map) from 10,90€. Several formulae are at your disposal to ally pleasure.
