The food here is commendable. I had a pulled pork sandwich on a brioche bun which left me wanting more. Id love to know what they do to it. The staff were all super friendly too and got our drinks promptly each time we ordered....More

We have been to The Vine 4 or 5 times over the last 18months and always enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service. Yes it's not going to win any style awards for the decor, but then it's not trying to be a stylish country pub,...More

We bought 2 friends to the vine for a midweek lunch. It was enjoyed by all, bear in mind that dishes are cooked fresh so there is a slight wait for them to arrive. Would recommend.

For a few years now, I and 6 other middle aged guys have been coming here for a midweek get together, this time it was a Monday night and surprisingly busy. It's a pleasant place with a countrified/rustic homely atmosphere. The staff were very welcoming...More

Friendly service. good beer. The coachman's lunch is recommended and is more filling that what you think. Proper ham, fresh bread and tasty pickles. We'll be back.

A Traditional English Country Inn & Restaurant... The Vine Inn is nestled in the heart of the beautiful Clent Hills. A warm welcome awaits for all those who wish to visit a traditional English country pub that offers high quality dining in a relaxed environment. Our first class menu has been selected to offer a discerning mixture of traditional pub favourites and to specialise in fresh fish and game - our fish dishes constantly change on our specials board while our game pie and organic venison steaks (done in a variety of ways) are popular trademark dishes. The Vine Inn was first registered as the "Clatterback Water Mill" and what was once the old mill pond is now the garden with a decking area built near to where the water wheel was housed. It was first used as an inn offering home brewed beer, bed and stabling in 1836.
