Centrally located, good salads, very generous portions but service quality spotty. Ask for a table up and watch the crowds go by!

We visited the Arras area as part of a tour and a group of us decided to enter this pub for some fast food and drink. To tell the truth my mates chose it as I photographing the area and they said come to this pub. The atmosphere was traditionally pub like and the service was adequate. There was a... More

Started with a tasting platter, better party fare frozen from Iceland. Burgers and stuff to the chain formula. Good atmosphere and efficient staff. The sirloin proved they can cook, but the menu is mostly fast food and sachets. Avoid ..... unless you want a fast food scene. Not cheap.

Seems like some kind of chain so obviously not haute cuisine, but that said, the welcome was warm, much of the staff spoke English so it was easy to be understood and there was plenty of choice on the menu with a balance of French and other dishes. Service was excellent and food came fast.

This restaurant is a fine example of Franglais. For all the world it looks like an English pub but it is very definitely a French restaurant. It is possible to just have a drink but probably not expected during peak meal times. We were seated at pleasant table close to the window, and we enjoyed two salads for lunch. The... More

Good atmosphere and food of good quality and value. The Victoria salad was delicious. This is the second year we have visited Arras and eaten at this location.Service can be a little slow but this is because the food is cooked tomorder and the place is popular.

Had dinner here and it was basic pub food, wouldn't recommend the flammkuech though. Quality of the food is average, but huge quantities are served for a reasonable price. Pub was reasonably busy when we arrived, service was ok and fast. Will not return for dinner, just for a drink.

Au Bureau was fine, a little English for Arras. We had burgers and chips with wine or beer. I have read some of the reviews on the site and unlike many found the staff friendly and welcoming. The food itself was timely and was good, however the price for a family group of five (£120) was steep for a pub... More

Stopped off in Arras as we were a group on a coach and the driver needed his rest break. Have stayed in the town before and eaten in this pub/restaurant but not during the day. Originally we wanted to sit on the sunny side of the square as it was a warm day but it seemed you had to order... More
