This restaurant was recommended by friends but it was dreadful! The meat was so tough I could not eat it. The wine so bad we could not drink it. I can't think of anything positive to say. There are so many good places in Amiens to eat don't waste your time and money here.

We really enjoyed a meal here. The food was properly cooked and very tasty and arrived quite promptly. I particularly enjoyed an andouillette and the cheese selection at the end was also excellent. If I had one complaint I would say the service perhaps slightly _too_ quick but other than that the food and drink were all excellent. Note andouillette... More

Our hotel recommended this restaurant, and we were glad we tried it. Food was representative of the local cuisine, and well done. Service was extremely efficient - we were in and out very quickly! Probably particularly good for lunch.

Good honest french food. Went at just after 1pm, when many locals were just leaving. Delicious ficelle au picarde (ham/cheese pancake), followed by good slice of salmon.

We passed by and almost did not enter because of the rotating porc at the entrance (looked a bit like a cheap restaurant) but it turned out to be a very cosy and excellent restaurant. Lots of small corners (ideal for young and old loving couples). Good food and quite big portions.

We had a lovely meal there, although my husband and I chose wrongly. We had the Plat du Jour, which turned out to be lots of large bits of meat in aspic. It really wasn't to our taste but the couple we were with had cheese board with bread and a large Californian salad with amazing seafood. The pudding I... More

Our first choice of eating places when in Amiens. The food was delicious and well cooked. The portions were of a good size. We choose the set menu 24.90 euros (Excellent value) I had a starter of Fois gras and my partner had salmon. We both had a main of pork medallions with potatoes in a blue cheese sauce and for... I have been to this restaurant near the station a number of times and ebjoy the French style, food and the feel of the restaurant. I always have the pork roast but this time I found it a bit dry and chewy, not something I remember on previous occasions. I would go back but I might ask about the pork... More

The outside of the building is lovely. Inside, there are a series of rooms going back, with far more space than the exterior suggests. We had a perfectly acceptable meal: decent sized portions, a good range of choices both of local specialities and more mainstream plats. Not a gourmet experience, but equally nothing to grumble about at the price! Staff... More

Overall, this place is quite good. The quality of the entrée and main dish made up for the poor service during the very busy lunch period. I tried the local specialities, and was not disappointed. However, my wine did not arrive until much later, after I asked twice, and my first choice of dessert (apple tarte) was unedible (the base... More
