We happened upon this restaurant almost by accident, as we had just arrived in the town and needed somewhere to eat. The decor is quirky and despite this being a big restaurant, it is divided into sections, thus retaining quite an intimate feel. There is a striking central staircase and a gallery above - think 19th century department store. The... More

If you are visiting Saint Quentin you need to visit this restaurant, but be sure to book, as despite being huge is was full all evening. We hadn't booked so they squeezed us in but we had a restricted amount of time to free up the table for those who had booked. We were so impressed we are going again... More

Away from the main square this restaurant is down the road leading to the canal. From the outside it looked very empty however the menu looked nice so we took a chance, and I'm glad we did. We were lead through to a courtyard area with lots of umbrellas in amongst the trees. The starter selection was very, very good... More

We were staying at Domaine du Vadancourt just down the road on our return from camping. After an extensive period of googling/tripadvisoring I settled on this place for dinner after reading the positive reviews. First impressions as we walked in were great - what an eclectic mix of nautical themed objet. My fiancé immediately declared that she wanted to take... More

To the staff at the above. Thankyou for accommodating such a large group of us folk from northern Ireland. Absolutely fabulous food and outstanding service especially in translating the menu for us. Everyone should visit here!! And also thank the l'annexe also.

Unusual building, down from the basilica towards the station. I suspect a converted departmental store. Service attentive without being overbearing, gorgeous food, best risotto I have ever had. Very french but English language not a problem

We visited St Quentin again and this time with a group of us. It was superb again. I would recommend the plat due jour menu as it offers the best value and seasonal fare. Will visit again.

The restaurant is an old building which has been adapted to a modern restaurant. The window display of old rabbits dangling from trees gives a clue to the interior but not the quality of the restaurant. We went for lunch, it was sunny but we missed out on the last table outside. The garden had a lovely terrace with a... More

We had not visited St Quentin before and found Villa d'Isle on our first evening. We had such a beautiful meal and decided to eat dinner there for the duration of our stay. The atmosphere is very nice, the food is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful but not obtrusive. The only negative would perhaps be the... More

I eat both dinner and breakfast here as part of a large group (120). Venue - Nice and well appointed. Visually appealing Dinner - the food was OK but nothing to write home about with a number of our group sending their steaks backs as they were 'raw'. Admit we were a large, but prebooked party, but service was very... More
