An outstanding restaurant which delivers cooking of the highest order. A family friendly atmosphere with a character of its own. The highest recommendation is that we returned for a second meal whilst on holiday and were not disappointed.

Skiing with friends we went here for dinner last night. Great food, lovely atmosphere in an old farmhouse. Highly recommend the meat which is all cooked on an open fire. If you go for the beef, don't forget that rare is very rare in France!!

This has to be one of the best places to go for fab food and views to die for. I went with my daughter, her family and a family friend. The weather wss perfect which enhanced our experience. I imagine in the winter the views are equally beautiful. Setting wise it would take some beating - we were surounded by... More

Lovely rustic French restaurant serving amazing traditional cuisine. The views are lovely and in winter is particularly snug!

Went here for dinner whilst skiing in La Clusaz. Staff very friendly and made us feel welcome. Our stilted French was matched by their better English, and we ordered some great wine and food. Starters are large, with the house pâté excellent. Mains are meaty, with cotê de beef(spellcheck can't help me with the French version!) excellent, cooked in an... More

The service was very nice and friendly. We took their terrine as a starter and it was very nice. Good value.

We 've been here with family and friends couple of times. Of course it worth to visit just for the view. It's one of the best place like this: calm, beautiful, peaceful. Out of season even more better. So it's perfect to go there for saturday or sunday if its sunny you will get unforgettable mountain view and small lake. It's... More

We always come back to this restaurant when we go to La Clusaz (in the winter). Friendly, informal and professional staff. The food is always great, we had raclette, pierrade and local sausages. The view from the deck is amazing, with the Confins lake and the Col de Balme. It is just a couple of hundred meters down the road... More

The terrace facing the small Confins lake, in a very quiet and relaxing environment, is just the place to have lunch if you are heading for Les Confins (end of the La Clusaz valley). The food is excellent, whatever you choose (raclette, for example...), and service is very nice and full of attention.

A great location and terrasse facing lac des confins and the mountains. The service is very friendly but largely unprofessional. The food is average. I got sick at my last visit. Some efforts are required to lift the food and service to match the price and location.
