Awful service in this bar. We were told to order food inside. Went inside and told to wait for waiter outside. Then asked waiter outside and they said to go back inside! They also said the kitchen had only just opened which is why they took 30 mins to come to us to take our order yet the couple sat... More

Quick service, ok for a bite to eat at lunch time to fuel up. Pizzas ok, and the menu in general is varied and reasonably priced. Accommodating for larger groups.

Managed to book an evening table for 13 people. I had Lasagne which was really nice although they don't have garlic bread! Steaks were cooked to perfection and the pizza's were good too. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Great location. Good price. Would recomend

Lovely bar with seating outside to soak the sun in. One of the few bars that serve cider. Haven't eaten here but food looks good.

Visited with my wife and 4 daughters for lunch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food arrived and was good. The trouble started when my eldest daughter tucked into her side salad that accompanied her lasagne, low and behold lurking at the bottom of the dish was some type of insect, still alive and tucking into the leaves. Without fuss we... More

This is by far the worst meal I have ever experienced. I ordered a salad to find an insect at the bottom of it. We told the waitress who took it away and then still charged us at the end of the meal for it. Disgusting customer service. The female manager needs to be sacked - she is rude and... More

Large dining room, more space outside, simple tables and chairs, straightforward menu with a lot of local cheese based stuff and a range of pizzas. All the clues are here, a good, solid, brasserie with simple, filling good. Like all brasseries, expect fast service with, doubtless the risk of delays at busy times. I found the staff, pleasant, helpful and... More

Used both the bar at lunchtime and the brasserie in evening. Bar is fun when bustling but don't expect a drink in a hurry. Evening meal was good but not exceptional. Cheese fondue was good, service a bit haphazard and ambience a bit lacking. Kind of place where happy to go back but wouldn't walk past other restaurants to get... More
