My friend introduced me to this relatively new place. He had booked a table (strongly recommended, as the place can get busy) on the beautiful large terrace in the full sun. The terrace was full but did feel over crowded; sufficient space between the tables, which are nice in size. Chairs are comfortable, and you can have a blanket to... More

Loved the setting knowing that this place is as well a hotel on the slopes. Beautiful modern yet warm design with large windows offering an amazing scenery. Hotel is accessible from the slopes and at night via a snow groomer from and to the village. Nice attention to details such as a bucket to store ski equipments while having lunch.... More

Of all the places on the mountains of CMA, Chetzeron must be the best. Fabulous views and refined food. Not cheap but in line with local standards. Best views!

After a walk from Montana (1500m) to Chetzeron (2100m) we took some starters at midday, because we had to go back on foot. Ceviche d'omble, salade d'herbes 18CH, Tommes panées,salade d'herbes 18CH and Crespelle farcies aux blettes 30CH...all were refined and excellent. All the staff was very very helpful even when we asked to change from table, they did it with... More

We had 3 dinners and 3 lunches at Chetzeron during our last stay and enjoyed every single meals we had. We loved the cozy evening atmosphere and for sure would recommend the soupe de poires au miel, the Kale with foie gras poele, the tartare de fera and the beef with morilles. Bon appetit. LS - Zurich

Dining at Chetzeron is a remarkable experience: get your apero outside with a 360° mountain view lying on a sunlounger protected from the cold with a blanket. Go inside the restaurant, visit the hotel lounge in the ancient arrival hall of the telecabine: very nice architecture. Better take the menu of the day, otherwise you wait to long

A return trip to this wonderful location. Cannot recall how many times I've been here but it is several. So disappointed with tonight's experience. Our waitress was poor. Had a couldn't care less attitude about her. Aperitifs arrived but my wife's did not. Amuse Boucher arrived. No explanation of ingredients. Waitress spiller one but didn't notice. Eventually asked if we... More

I've eaten lunch here previously a couple of times on the terrace and it's been fine, but travelling up here for dinner via SnowCat was a real experience. The massive space, where the gondolas formerly revolved is has been simply, but brilliantly transformed. The food and service were both faultless.

We regulary holiday in Crans Montana and always try to visit Chetzeron for a drink. This time we went on Christmas Day with our family. The weather was beautiful so we sat outside on loungers and treated ourselves to champagne. The view is stunning and we were well looked after by the Manager who is friendly and helpful. It was... If you are not in what the owners consider their A-list, you can forget even having a nice apology if the restaurant is full or busy. We spent a week with A-listers and were received politely at each lunch for an entire week. As soon as they were gone, we could not get a table and don't event think about... More

Dear Olga 1234! Thank you for.this extremely negative comment on Chetzeron. The are no lists as you might think. Everyone is handled the same way. The difference is between clients who book a table and clients who don't. It is our duty in respect of the one who do reserve their table to take them. And if by chance we... More
