Super food and friendly staff, had a great meal and then lots of fun getting back to the village by sled (which you can rent at the restaurant and leave at the bottom). Highly recommend as an experience

The Alpenröösli is an institution which everyone should go and visit. Is it summer or winter there is always good people around and you can enjoy good food and drinks. ...and in winter you can take a sleigh and wushhhhhhhhhhhhhhh you are down in the village of Klosters. ....going up on the other hand is rather heavy but you at... This nicely renovated restaurant must have one of the best views over the valley! Ambience, service and quality of food were great. I especially enjoyed my pork steak, 2 inches thick and prepared to perfection. Also quite a hit were the desserts on offer. Something lekker for every taste.

During a 5 month stay in the area thus was one of my favourite restaurants. With stunning views over Klosters, the restaurant sits high in the mountains. Transport is recommended if you don't want an uphill walk, but it's well worth it. For the more adventurous if there is snow you can toboggan back down! The food is of an... More

My husband and I had a wonderful lunch. The view was amazing and staff was wonderful. So accommodating to everyone and very nice. We did reserve the fondue ahead of time and it really made for a perfect afternoon. I will say the hike from the village is a true hike, but also well worth the experience. Look forward to... More

We walked up from Klosters for lunch (you should be fit for the climb, it is not a gentle stroll)and the six of us had an utterly delightful afternoon. The food was beyond delicious and the presentation was breathtaking. Clearly a lot of passion and thought had gone into the preparation and the service was exemplary. I understand the chef... More

I don't normally post restaurant reviews, but will do so more often now. Typically these reviews come down to personal taste and preference and are very subjective but experiencing inedible food is very objective. After a visit here last week, when a friend eat some "high" fish and was physically sick - the reaction from the management was simply extraordinary.... More

Been here a few times for lunch and evening meals. Highlights are the themed nights, like Full moon fondue, but also great for lunch time or even meals in general. The food quality is amazing, worth the hike or taxi ride up to the berhaus, and with some of the best views in Klosters i'd highly recommend a visit.

Possibly the worst experience I've had for many a year in the Alps. The service was a disgrace. Rude rude rude. The fish smelt like 7 days old but no apology! They even tried to charge us for the replacement salad! Serious health warning on this one!!! These guys survive on reputation but it's about time the truth came out.... More
