Visited with friends and went to this Inn at their recommendation. Menu varied and not run of the mill. Food quality very good and all meals freshly prepared. Service very efficient and friendly. Will certainly visit again when in the area.

A one night stay - room 5 was lovely. A bit worried about noise but no problems after 11pm. Dinner downstairs very good and the full English breakfast perfect. Room well appointed. Good parking; close to a chemist and small supermarket.

Believe me, as this is my 'local' I wanted to like it. Sadly, the whole visit was extremely disappointing. On arrival we were asked at the bar if we would like to order drinks or, as we were a party of 6 people, go straight...More

Lovely village pub with ample seating. Modern bar and good variety of drinks. Restaurant is stuck in the 80's and is crying out for modernisation. Food service is questionable to say the least, after 1 hour 40 mins our main arrived. Arguably I think I...More
