Wedding rehersal dinner held here. So much fun to arrive by gondola. Very attractive, cozy lodge-like restaurant at the top of the ski mountain. Terrific service and great food and wine. What more could you possibly want? Oh yeah, an incredible view. So...pretty much everything you could ask for in a restaurant. We would definitely recommend it.

This ski-in ski-out restaurant is great for lunch. It is less expensive than other location on the mountain. We had the chili in a bread bowl and it was very good. It was a great place to come in and warm up for lunch.

The first thing you notice riding up lift 4 is the wonderful smell coming from this place. Then you go buy overhead and see all the skiers on chairs with drinks listening to live music. Get off and ski right down and get good food. Beware it is expensive like all things on the mountain. My wife and I split... More

You won't go to Gorrono Ranch for the food, though the food is adequate. (That said, be sure to try the meat Chili.) You will go to Gorrono Ranch for the fun crowd, the live music and the apres ski cocktails. I can't even count the number of times I've sat in the upper deck of Gorrono Ranch near the... More

Pretty standard fare for skiing, burgers, soups, salads, fries, beer, drinks. The nice part is the outdoor seating one "the beach". It's great when it's warmer. A lodge style decor, very comfortable. You must ski to though, which is not a big deal, unless you're confused about which run will get you there.

Great little outdoor venue situated on the mountain. We used it as a meeting point for several families during our day of skiing. Kids love it for the hot chocolate, adult love it for the cocktails. The view is beautiful but remember to bring your sunscreen. The sun bounces off the snow and you'll be cooked if you're not careful.

We enjoyed hot chocolate and other warm drinks around the fire at the end of the day. Live music, too. Great vibe.

We stopped for lunch at Gorrono Ranch twice during a six-day ski trip in December 2015. They have live entertainment and great chili. Season pass holders receive a discount on food.

Incredible location for a Sept wedding....Aspens at their peak. Gorrono is a spectacular venue. Outside deck wedding...drinks and appetizers. Inside dinner, dancing. All the food was spectacular as was the help. Top reviews.

We just had our wedding at the Gorrono and just loved beauty of the surrounding mountains as well as the rustic atmosphere of the ranch itself. The staff were fantastic, the food was excellent (we went with the Rocky Mountain trout (highly recommend) and beef tenderloin)). The appetizers were a big hit as well - especially the crab cakes! We... More
