Absurdly small scallops helping, steak nice as was beetroot risotto. Friendly service. Pity the F and G isn’t open more often as it used to be.

Had to return after stopping in for the first time last week. Roast beef sandwich (doorstop!), homemade chips and “proper” gravy could not be faulted. Meat was divine. Wasn’t on menu this time as they change it weekly (which is nice) but accommodated our request...More

WOW what a transformation from our last visit. Amazing food, amazing service. Loving the real log fire. Would love to see a good IPA on draft but they do have good bottled IPA so all good. Will definitely be back soon. Great work guys.

Visited for Sunday lunch with the wife and inlaws. Nice friendly efficient service. Good Sunday menu, reasonably priced. Superb freshly cooked food served in a location offering stunning views of the countryside. All of us had 3 courses left thoroughly full and satisfied.
