When not in the mood for actual restaurant dining, I periodically do like to 'grab' a burger whenever in Big Bear Lake, because (sadly) the Kentucky Fried Chicken had closed long ago. Well, I've been to the BBL Carl's Jr. a few times now and about 75% of the time they get my order wrong! I've ordered the 4 for... More

Not impressed by the service. Not impressed at all. We had a horrible experience with getting our food. First they lost our order. Ok that happens. Then they made half of it and let it sit under the warming lamp for almost 30 min while they cooked beans for our burrito. They didnt inform us that is would be extra... More

Great for a fast food type business. Huge burgers! Drive thru service was very slow but it was worth the wait.

I stopped by the Carl's Jr. for lunch while in Big Bear. The food was standard Carl's Jr. quality. The staff was friendly and the restaurant is large inside, clean and appeared well maintained. The $4 Real Deal is a good deal and makes an inexpensive meal. A good spot for a quick meal.

This is your typical mix of green burrito and carls jr. It was pretty busy at the lunch rush but food was out quick and correct. Staff was friendly.

The "natural" burger crumbled in my mouth and I wouldnt have eaten it if I wasn't so hungry! The shake didn't have a drop of natural in it, it was like sucking down fake foam. Then when I got home I had the WORST WORST headache from all that JUNK I ate there. Almost wanted to throw up but I... More

Carl's Jr is Carl's Jr but this one does seem to get it wrong lots. I'm pretty careful when ordering, look at the monitor, and make sure the cashier got it ... and yet what I get is often a surprise. I suspect these guys are topping the scale on prone.

OK, I know it's just fast food and I shouldn't expect much, but that was part of the problem -- it wasn't even fast. It was late in the evening and there wasn't much open on the holiday weekend, so there were several cars in line at the drive-through. I didn't think we'd ever make it to the window because... More

Not all chains are equal. My husbands sandwich and fries were cold and it was their new promotional burger. My quesadia was not eatable, they did refund our money for it. The service was good and the place was clean, that's the best we can say.
