Although it was really busy we didn't have to wait to be served, the manageress( well we think she is) is very friendly and organised, the food was delicious.

Decided to stop here for lunch. Wonderful place. Beautifully decorated. Staff so friendly and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us. Food amazing. Will not be our last visit. Would recommend to everyone.

we go a few times every year, never let down.nice pub, when weather good sit outside.staff good, and friendly also good service.meals have always been good.we always have a pint or two, always good. if you have not been give it a go.

The only real pub left in the village. Unpretentious, good food, good beer, reasonable prices. Just had a couple of lamb shanks, veg & mash that were sublime! Thanks Rachel & staff for an excellent meal.

Yes dogs are welcome if they do not wander around. Ours just lies quietly at the side of the table. I would doubt if you can take them into the restaurant but they are fine in the bar area . Most people eat in the bar area... More
