A great Must-Try meal The food was enjoyable here and the service personable. You order your Bake & Shark then add any condiments you so desire. So it is definitely made your way.

This is a must when visiting Trinidad it’s so good I had two. I especially enjoyed the self service topping station. There you can add whatever you want on your bake and shark. Make to wash it down with a cold stag 😆😘😋.

Located in the car park across from the beach. Richard’s is great for getting your day started and ending a beach lime. Richard has about 20 different toppings to make your food taste good. Don’t forget to wash it down with a Stag or Carib.

Every time I'm at maracas, Richard's bake an shark is a must. Sometimes we even go just for the bake and shark. The bake and shark is always fresh and I am never disappointed with the taste.

Yes, it's possible. Takes about an hour and change to get there. An hour back. say you spend an hour at Maracas, you still have a 2 hour buffer. Immigration at Piarco can take an hour or more though, so keep that in mind... More
