This is a great little spot for lunch with a lovely view across the bay. We only had a snack, but the food was lovely and the service very good.

Had lunch and shared a fish platter, absolutely gorgeous. Smoked mackerel, fish pate, prawns and smoked salmon with warm bread and a side salad. They welcomed the dog too and he had dog treats for being well behaved, a lovely touch. The staff were nice...More

Seemed promising at first, but soon went downhill. Toasted sandwiches, heavy and took ages to eat - served in an uninspiring wooden tray. As ever, a profusion of dogs, not to everyone's taste. Staff a little sulky in approach. I think this place takes advantage...More

My third visit to the tea rooms, enjoyed a lovely coronation chicken salad, not so busy this time and found a seat by the window so I could also enjoy the lovely views, different staff on today, with smiles and quick service.

Called in for a cup of coffee and hot chocolate. A little disapointed as both the coffee and hot chocolate were in fact not hot and a little expensive Have been before and all was well. A pleasant place if a little cramped.More

Hi thanks for leaving a review. I will pass this information on to our kitchen as I'm a little surprised by this as our customers rave about the quality of our breakfasts. All our breakfasts are freshly cooked to order and I can assure you...More

I visited yesterday lunchtime and ordered the steak and mushroom pie with chips and mushy peas from the Specials Board. For £9.50 in a café I was expecting a slice of pie, probably homemade. As I ordered I was told that they had run out...More
