We've been twice now for Sunday lunch and initially thought £9.95 was good value for one course, although we don't like not having table service; i.e. having to order at the bar like a chain pub. It's not so relaxing or a treat as Sunday...More

Fantastic pub with a great atmosphere. Tim and Janet are great hosts and the Sunday lunch is superb. Well worth a visit

Visited Sunday the 26th with friends for Sunday lunch, very impressed, very friendly staff and very good cask ale. We had the Sunday lunch, fantastic, very generous portions and we were even offered extra Yorkshire puddings! Well, well recommended and excellent value!

Massive portions of well cooked comfort food. Nice country pub in a lovely village location. Parking a bit tricky but the village road is ok to park on

Hi, apologies but no, we may consider opening lunchtimes during tourist season, but at the moment, we open at 6pm, 12 noon on Sundays. Hope this helps!
