This is a lovely place and is open all day unlike other restaurants in soulliac. The ice-cream menu is very good and the cafe qourmand is a real treat. Also had dinner here one evening which was very good. I had the steak and it was the best I had in soulliac full of flavour and a good cut. The... More

Day out motorcycling in the Dordogne. Stopped for lunch at this cafe, very simple menu but excellent service & pleasant staff. Can't beat croque Monsieur, salad & chips with a glass of rose in the square in the sun😊

We stopped for a drink a couple of days ago and really enjoyed the great location. Yesterday used the bar as a meeting point after a family bike ride from Sarlat. Again great location and really friendly service. We decided to eat and we were slightly disappointed. Croque Monsieur was very dry and failed to hit the mark. The ice... More

Excellent restaurant, we sat out side in the square, the service was prompt, the waitress was polite and spoke good english. I eat very blue steak and asked for it this way, on this occasion it was exactly as I requested. Only word of warning, they only take cash.

In a quiet square immediately behind the Grand Hotel and Tourist Office, underneath the church bell tower, this has ample seating shaded by large umbrellas in the centre of the square where it is pleasant to sit over a meal or drink. We had dinner here twice from a short menu on a chalkboard which they are happy to translate... More

Hit this place on a bike ride from Rocamadour to Sarlat. Excellent lunch served by a waiter who knows how to handle a tray. The croque monsieur was great with the addition of tomato. Fast service with plenty of umbrella shade. Can't go wrong with this place for lunch.

We ate dinner here and received fantastic service. The menu offered a choice of dishes including many locally sourced items. This included local goats cheese and tapenade chosen from the market that day. The lady serving us was very friendly and helpful. We loved our dinner here and would definitely return. The dinner was great value for money.

Delightful spot in the centre of Souillac. Loads of outdoor seating in a market square with no traffic. Coffee, wine and food are all very good, the service is quick and really friendly and you are left to spend as much time as you like. A really lovely cafe that we enjoyed visiting several times.
