Sadly no longer deliver

Loved this place , Lovely staff, great service , food was excellent , this was our go to takeaway sadly no longer does deliveries . So sadly we no longer use

Absolutely wonderful - best Indian restaurant by far!

I had not been to Mela before, and what an absolute delight! This is the best Indian restaurant in and around Aylesbury by far! Its tucked away in Aston Clinton but absolutely worth the drive there - there is a good amount of parking, and...its free too! The restaurant when inside, is really nicely decorated, with a great water feature on the floor (check it out near reception). they took our coats and put them on a hanger which was nice too! Plus they knew my name and welcomed us all when we arrived which was really nice! The team are really lovely, friendly, and knowledgeable on their dishes. they have a vast menu and lots of it is customisable, which is great. They do mango lassi which is yummy! All of the food is wonderfully presented and not once did my family feel rushed to finish which you can feel in many restaurants nowadays. I took their advice on dishes as I was spoilt for choice! The quality of the food is just wonderful, I love Indian food, and this by far is the best food I have ever had (aside from my own mum and dad's cooking) and I will definitely be back here. I cannot recommend here enough! The food is cooked really nice and has great portions and it is really well presented as well! They also had great service - and did not clear plates before everyone finished (which is a pet hate of my own) so you don't feel rushed. I really, really rate here and recommend everyone should go here. I should have come here a long time ago - I would not have bothered with any others!More

Wonderful food in a relaxed atmosphere.

This is by far the best Indian Restaurant I know. The food is consistently amazing and the atmosphere and service 1st Class. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Meets very high expectations

Delightful Indian restaurant. The best Indian I have had for yonks. Very busy but service efficient. Food is wonderful. Staff on the ball and friendly with it. Great atmosphere.

Best curry place in town!

Amazing, top quality service and always make you feel welcome. Having become quite a regular, I always get great customer service here and the food is always fantastic. Highly recommend.

Excellent as always!

Last night was the busiest we have seen the Mela... it's popular, and for good reason! We were looked after with drinks during our wait for the table and the food was certainly worth the wait! In particular, the piping hot freshly made naan breads...are not to be missed. The staff as always were on top form: warm, welcoming and friendly. Top this off with a complimentary drink before leaving left us feeling rather spoilt. Looking forward to our next visit already!More

4 star restaurant, comfortable sitting and nicely decorated

Consistently delicious & great service

Well worth the visit

Fantastic food, the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We were on a short break down from west Yorkshire. Would definitely pay another visit. Highly recommend this restaurant. Ann and Peter.

My new favourite Indian Restaurant….

Doesn’t look too exciting outside, but very nice inside. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Menu is a bit different to your normal Indian. Really enjoyed the meal - will definitely be going back! Thank you guys 😊

Birthday Treat

As a birthday treat, I was treated to this restaurant. The staff was polite and friendly and the food was nice. Decent portions of food, but I feel something did not agree with my delicate stomach. Two time in a row - billiance personified

Utterly brilliant. This is the secon time in less tha an month and both occasions Mela food & service has been top notch. For this with an / seeking an "authontic" notrthern indian cusine will not be dissapointed.
