What a lovely place Charlotte's Tea room is. So nice to have actual china instead of cardboard etc. Food great. Cakes and desserts to die for. Good service and prices. The tea room is wonderfully decorated, a step back in time. Loved it.

I took my granddaughter and partner out for a shopping trip in Truro yesterday and we visited this lovely Teahouse once again. I did book a table, as I know how busy they get. Once again the food was amazing, service was good despite them...More

I don’t recognise the negative comments as staff were very friendly the food was excellent. We had the savoury tea with cheese scones and salmon. Absolutely delicious in a charming setting

Totally disappointed, cold coffee, untoasted teacake and hard butter. Nothing like it used to be ... and the china crockery is no more

Great food, lovely surroundings and great service. Plus tea grown in Cornwall - very nice indeed - tried both.

We were lucky with the window table, made all the difference. Had Tregothnan tea and scone which was good. Service fine, if a little ‘stuffy’. Do visit if you like a ‘nice’ tearoom with traditionally attired waiting staff.

I am not aware of their rules on pets, but remember there are three flights of stairs with many antique and antiquarian items on the landings. Hope this helps.
