First visit here, Terry the landlord was very welcoming. Food was quite nice and generous size. Would recommend here for a bite to eat.

The Carpenters Arms provided the right environment for a great night out. The food was superb, freshly cooked and beautifully presented, the service very friendly and it all made for an excellent evening. We will definitely be visiting again.
5 adults, 2 children, Mother’s Day. Lovely food both from standard and specials menus and tasty desserts. Friendly and prompt welcome and service. Thoroughly enjoyable meal and very good value for money.

Friendly bar with varied menu, generous portions of well presented food. Great beers on tap. Good table service. There is a restaurant upstairs too for those special private occasions
