This was my first visit to the Bistro, but will not be the last. Everything was just simply fabulous. The service from the mostly young staff is attentive and knowledgeable; the ambience and decor is relaxing, and the food is very, very good. It isn't...More

We visited Le Bistro for a family celebration lunch. The online booking was simple. There were 10 of us, and we're quite a mixed bunch in terms of allergies, different dietary requirements, etc (some vegetarian, some dairy free, a citrus allergy...), but as everything is...More

We have lived in or near Skipton for years. Have never been in this little gem in all this time. What a plonker I was. My wife and I had the mussels. Cooked to perfection! We were looked after by a pleasant young lady. We...More

Discovered via Trip Advisor, we arrived just after 12, without a booking. The restaurant was already starting to busy up (Tuesday) so would recommend booking if you know you definitely want to eat here. We ordered off the Menu Du Jour, great range of dishes,...More

Response from Paul D |
Hi, Le Bistro des Amis is right in the centre, just off the high street. Next to the old town-hall, and on your way to the Car Park where M&S is. Hope that helps, and enjoy your visit if you do go. Best regards, Paul
