Had a nice lunch here whilst on a day out in Skipton. The menu is nice and the food was good and the service was friendly

Stopped off for coffee and scones. Sat on balcony on brightly set tables. Scones with jam and cream lovely and coffee ok but on the cool side.

After a very poor experience at the cafe last year we heard that it was under new ownership with changed decor and so went to give it another go. It consisted of the same overpriced, underwhelming food with the cafe clearly understaffed and overrun. The food came late without any cutlery and there was no apology forthcoming from the manager.... More

No brown bread of any description. Overpriced very average sandwiches. The mayonnaise was running out of the bread. Lesson learnt, never again.

Six of us ordered tea and sandwiches. We waited and waited. Then some poor girl bought out the wrong order. We were told she had taken the order down wrongly so we waited another half an hour and watched the tables around us being served. They did come, eventually ! How long does it take to make a sandwich? By... More

Visited for lunch during classic car show (13:15 Sunday). Just about empty inside and out. Empty tables outside uncleared for the duration of our stay & chairs scattered around. A few people looked at menu but walked on - could understand why as no curb appeal. As others have mentioned waited a good 10mins for drinks - Strawberry milkshake &... More

We visited Skipton on Sunday when there was a Car Show on in the centre of town and it was very busy everywhere. We walked through Craven Court and discovered The Tea Shop. As we had a dog with us we sat outside on the balcony underneath the glass roof which was very pleasant. We ordered toasted teacakes which were... More

My niece and I went for breakfast this morning. They don't do a breakfast menu but were lovely enough to make me the best bacon sandwich I've ever had and my niece a pancake which she loved. The staff were lovely and food great. Dog friendly too, so we will definitely be going back there.
