Arlene and her wonderful assistant (hubby Billy) what can I say. An Italian themed evening for 10 of us. From the start with our lovely cocktails to set the theme. Nibbles to start the taste exploration.. goats cheese with honey and coffee wow. Everyone was...delighted with the mushroom starter and the wee stories that accompanied. Risotto with 3 different tastes of tomato and cheese, and a chicken with lemon and herbs that just melted in the mouth. Arlene what wonderful tastes. BUT,the piste de resistance was surely the most delightful Passionfruit Pannacotta to finish the night off. Arlene and Billy ..Thank you both for a brilliant night. Just had the most amazing time at Bellahill Cookery on Saturday.The sun was shining for our arrival , so we were able to have our morning coffee/tea outside with Arlenes delicious Cappuccino cake & scones. Arlene and Billy could not have been more accommodating when I was organising my mums birthday celebration at Bellahill. Our hosts, the location and the food were fantastic and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We are looking forward to our next experience at Bellahill!

First time at bellahill was for a ladies lunch which was absolutely beautiful we then went back again as a group of ladies for an itiallian taster evening, trying things that I would never have dreamed of putting together, dark chocolate and frozen grapes, and...cheese dipped in honey and coffee granules "amazing" Arlene is a fantastic cook and even emails you all of the recipes after your visit! Together Arlene and Billy make fantastic hosts and make you feel very welcome and comfortable in their home! Such an enjoyable and personal dining experience and i can't wait until the next time!!! Having enjoyed a fabulous Christmas demonstration in November, my friends and I were keen to return to Bellahill Cookery School to enjoy Arlene's delicious lunch menu, followed a few weeks later by an Italian demo in her beautiful kitchen. The setting offers stunning views of...the surrounding countryside, and Arlene and Billy's hospitality is second to none. Apparently Arlene is planning a bread making demo in the Autumn. Can't wait!More
On Friday the 25th august myself And 5 of my friends had a wonderful experience with Arlene and Billy hosts at Bellahill cookery, we where welcomed by Arlene and Billy, we where having an Italian food theme, when we arrived we had some really tasty...bits and a glass Prosecco. We had a demonstration of the starter, main meal and dessert. Also a lots of great tips, then we got to eat it, it was all so delicious. Arlene and Billy made us feel very relaxed, they where both very professional with a sense of humour so we had a great laugh, they do different theme nights so I will be back to take part in them.
