I visited the windrose last weekend there was a group of 12 of us meeting for a hen night celebration

Did not book,(didn’t think I needed to). Despite this we were greeted by friendly staff who informed us that we may have to wait because it was so busy.

We were well received and escorted to table. Menu was good and would suit most people.Food was good and nicely presented. Waitress and waiter both checked that all was good with us. Price was reasonable. We will go back again.
Popped in here last night.
No reservation, but Tuesday night - only three other tables were occupied.
Waited 5 to ten minutes for staff to acknowledge our presence.
Eventually shown to a table.
Decor nicely updated. Pleasant surroundings.
