We had a good lunch here, it was busy but we were served promptly and not hurried. Fish pie with vegetables was great and the golden bottle of prosecco irresistible. With fish and chips and a sparkling water the bill was £28.50. The only grip the OH had was his miniscule portion of mushy peas - seriously, about a teaspoonful.... More

Decent food, quick service, easy parking. You pay before you eat, which seems like a hassle, but is actually quite useful if you are in for a quick lunch.

Good food however I found the restaurant a little cold and impersonal. I would probably return if I were in the area and hungry but I wouldn't go out of my way.

My partner and I visit this premises on a regular basis and have yet to be disappointed. The platter to share for starter is excellent value and a meal on its own. I love the steak and rib combo and my partner will usually have a chicken or fish dish. I recommend you try it, but book first as it... More

We found the menu a little smaller than the last time we called in here for lunch. Although the choice was more limited we chose well and enjoyed our lunch. I went for the hot chicken salad and my wife had the deli sandwich with sweet potato fries. Both very tasty with a generous helping for both of us. Lovely!
