Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had a family meal there with our two year old son. The staff are lovely and the landlady even bought him out a toy to play with. The burgers are absolutely to die for and all homemade. Honestly the best burger I've ever tasted....I have the Spanish burger with added cheese and sweet potato fries and I still think about it now! It's probably lucky that I don't live close or I'd live there!More

Fantastic service by the landlady and fantastic food by her partner in the kitchen. The Boerie Burger was different classed, well seasoned with African shackalaka sauce which was sensational. My girlfriend’s chicken burger was the best she’d ever had. If you’re staying in the local...area definitely give this place a go, you won’t be disappointed.More

We ate here on our first night of a 4 night stay in the area. We walked into the bar and were immediately asked by the lovely lady behind the bar if she could help us. We had no reservation but she happily accommodated us....Service was really good as was the food. The pub had a welcoming feel to it as did its local customers. It was unusual and really nice when people wished us good night as we left. We tried to get a late reservation for another night but we had left it too lateMore

Idyllic pub in Neston, which is now our local. We often pop down for a drink or dinner, the place is run by a lovely couple and the food is delish! Never a bad meal, crispy chips and a good hunk of meat if you...order the fillet. Burgers, curry and snack baskets are also a win. Def worth a visit if you’re in the area. Yum!More

Wonderful meal and drinks in the lovely sunny garden of the Neston Country Inn and so fantastic to see Des and Tony again. We normally stop by for a quick pint but had lunch today. Pesto Chicken for me and Rump steak salad for my...wife - absolutely beautiful. Lovely bottle of Sauvignon and puddings in the sun - what more could we want. Back for a pint on Sunday if we can find space in this popular local.More
