Without a doubt,a fantastic improvement and an interesting makeover My only criticism was that someone came in with a large and smelly dog which was off putting and would have been even more so had we been eating. To me, it would be easier to not have dogs at all as not all owners clearly consider others I would strongly... More

Never been in this pub before but heard it was under new management so thought we would give it a try for a drink. So much character here with lots of little nooks and crannies. Only had a drink but bar staff very polite and professional. Will definitely come back to try the food and look forward to taking friends... More

Corsham needed this, the two brothers have made this a fantastic period pub, perfect for all, full of secluded seating, amazing design, and great wines. Its nicely quirky, with subtle lighting, masses of odd and wonderful ornaments. But just so cheerful with discreet relaxed music. Everyone in Corshams new best pub, so just give it a go! You will love... More

Love the new look of this pub and the two brothers running it are a great breath of fresh air. I am not a pub person usually but will be making an exception in this case.

Totally refurbished and re-opened just before Christmas (2016). A complete transformation. Previous customers wouldn't recognise the place now. I've been in three times now and it was busy on every occasion. It has a very cosy feel to it. I thought some of the real ale choices were a bit cautious e.g. Sharp's Doom Bar, Greene King IPA but it... More

We went for dinner at the Flemish Weaver knowing that the new landlords had previously ran Emily's tearoom in Devizes which we loved. As they've only been in a few weeks and are still finding their feet it was a reduced menu. However everything we had was delicious, even down to the homemade brown sauce! The service was impeccable and... More

We used to regularly use this pub for coffee at the end of a walk and it was obviously in the need of a lot of TLC. Well, TLC has been liberally applied and very successfully done as well. The pub is now very welcoming and the landlords and family greet you as long lost friends without being intrusive. A... More

Under new ownership - this is the quintessential English country pub. Lovely welcoming owners, log fire, dogs, bags of history and a brilliant selection of real ales. Worth traveling to even if you're not staying in Corsham. If you're staying at the Methuen Arms, you should live in this place during your stay !!!

As a local couple, we find the Flemish Weaver a consistantly good eating house with lots of choice to eat and drink set in a warm and friendly atmostphere.
