Nice food, good selection, and LOCAL. What more could you want? The food arrived piping hot and there was plenty of it, which filled a hole nicely.

The Cock & Pullet is not fancy, just a great traditional character pubs. The food is good standard fayre at very reasonable prices. As usual in these parts the Real Ale is wonderful. This place is definitely worth a visit.

The staff here are very warm and friendly. They did go out of there way to make sure we got good service and the food when we wanted. The atmposphere was good and friendly enough. However the food was average at best.
