We have visited the place on a Friday afternoon for a sharing platter and drinks. Staff were most welcoming and food didn't disappoint. Prices slightly higher than you'd expect, but overall experience was great.

Nice setting and the interior is ok, the menu is ok, nothing special, the service is a bit hit and miss as to few staff, the staff on where friendly and tried but lacked any enthusiasm for the menu or serving. I would go again...More

We decided on this place as 1. We had been before but hadn’t eaten and 2. It seemed to be an oasis of clam in the middle of chaotic Bakewell on market day. The bar is in an old mill which has been converted well...More

Had pre booked for Friday night meal here. Friendly staff and nice food. Hub had a fillet steak which he was impressed with. Decorated in the industrial style, quite funky and quite a bistro feel. Recommended.

Great location beside the river. Dined there after not liking the look of one we had booked. Better than basic menu and although we had a long wait it all tasted good.

We had dinner here our first night in the Peak District, drawn to the restaurant because we love dogs. It is a renovated mill and very charming - sat outside overlooking the pond in the late evening and it was a perfect setting. No table...More
