I wanted a simple bow of porridge. I was surprised at firstly how cheap it was and secondly the fact that it included a red fruit compote or honey. Then when I Yates how creamy it was, I realised that it was made partly with cream. Very impressive indeed for slightly more than £2!

This shop is full of people who think they are all posh and the coffee and cakes are overpriced. I would rather walk over the road to subway or burger king and have their coffee and muffins.

Always friendly, service orientated staff. Food not the cheapest but always good quality and the Waitrose card free coffee a huge plus. A frequent visitor to this high quality cafe.

Visit this are frequently as it is part of my local supermarket. The food quality is usually very good although the choice can be very limited. Prices are quite expensive for what you get. Coffee is usually warm or tepid, very rarely hot. The staff, although perhaps trying their best, seem to have one speed, slow, irrespective of volume of... More

Visited the cafe for a quick snack on a Sunday afternoon. It was very busy & I queued for 15 minutes. The staff were very slow at serving their customers & although certain items on the menu were no longer available you were not informed until you got to the front of the queue. I eventually ordered 2 jacket potatoes... More

We popped in here on our way to friends. Just had a coffee. Very friendly and good coffee. Really good to have a cafe in a supermarket. The store itself seems to have a great selection and everything you would need.

We live across the Tamar in Plymouth but happily drive over the bridge to shop here. Quality food, excellent helpful staff and a brilliant cafe to enjoy a fresh cuppa with a fresh pastry. Brilliant!

We were staying at the nearby Travelodge so walked up to this cafe for breakfast. If like us, you are hoping for an English Breakfast option, then do not bother visiting this cafe. We had a choice of either a Bacon Roll or Cumberland sausage roll. I decided to go for the sausage option. It was a Cumberland sausage ring... More
