We went for lunch and although busy we were welcomed cheerfully and were delighted that almost everything on the menu was available as Gluten Free. Prices are very reasonable and food is very fresh and good quality along with decent coffee and wonderful cakes.

Dropped into this quaint place just before lunch. What a fantastic place steeped in history. But more to the point excellent freshly made food and quality service.Great value for money and very pleasant helpful staff. Busy at lunch so get there early.

Thoroughly enjoyed our pot of tea and homemade scones with beautiful Strawberry jam and clotted cream, staff very friendly and quick service considering it was market fay and everywhere busy.

We arrived almost at closing time , the staff were more than willing to serve us, and the cakes and scones were delicious. Also very reasonably priced. I would recommend this place if you are in Ripon
