I have been here four or five times now, and I will go four or five times more in the next months. I have indulged myself on their 7-course menu on a couple of occasions and found myself feeling very satisfied at the end of it (just wait until you see the dessert!). Aside from the set menus, I recommend... More

If you are looking for a good French countryside food this is the place to come. I've been coming here for 19 years and the standard is still the same. Despite the fact the menu has several choices I prefer to stay with the products they raise in their farm. Don't miss the foie gras !!!

Auberge de la Klauss is not the place you go for sophisticated Michelin food, but if you want to eat real French food in a French country inn this is the place to go. The menu is centred around foi gras, duck breast and wild boar, that they raise on the farm behind the inn, the dishes are delicious and... More

It's not cheap for France but worth every penny as you know the quality is exceptional. They raise their own pigs, ducks and source the best ingredients. As a family we've visited many times over the years and the standard is consistently excellent.

This is the second time I have been to this restaurant. The food and ambiance are great, an experience not to be missed. Visit the cave. The fois gras is sublime. Try the hot version. Cold is excellent too. The duck is great. Be careful about the dessert. It's high proof. In my humble opinion this restaurant is equal to... More

Very nice restaurant not so far from Schengen. Goose and duck are the best dishes finely cooked and served at the right temperature. Good offer of French wines. Price is aligned with high quality of the ingredients and the nice service.

Have been to Auberge de la Klauss a number of times and each time it hasn't been disappointing. The food is excellent. Doesn't matter what your favorite type of meat you like as its pretty much all here and served in true french manner and style. Try and make sure that you visit La Cave which is owned by the... While staying at the neighboring Domaine de la Klauss, we had a three course dinner at the Auberge. We were seated in the salle des horloges, warmly and homely decorated with red checked tablecloths. We had a platter with homemade charcuterie from the farm, followed by game for my husband and duck for me. All of it was very tasty... More

What a restaurant this is, but you have to be a meat lover. The foie gras 3 ways is fantastic all produced by the owners next door to the restaurant. the pomme de terre rotie is the best ever. The Mirabelle ice cream had superb flavour. All the courses were beautifully presented and all home made. The wine list is... More

Super restaurant for pork, duck and chicken all bred at the auberge. Make sure to visit the shop before dinner where you may get a chance to try one of the many wines and smoked meats. There is a nice terrasse but be sure to book in advance on a nice summers day. My favorite restaurant in this area and worth... More
