Great food and service. I had pasta and it was made fresh. Family owned business. Convenient location. Easy walking from my hotel.

Although not compatible to the pizzas you get in Italy, it's a good Ozzie version. A friendly restaurant close to the train station and hotel, so convenient for comfort food. I would try again if I did not want to travel further afield.

We were a group of 9 adults & 2 babies, arriving in dribs & drabs over a 30 minute period. That was no problem with the waiter - he was obliging & friendly, getting extra chairs, water, wine glasses etc cheerfully. Everyone enjoyed their pizzas and pasta - the salmon & avocado pizza was a winner, but all were tasty... More

Wandering around late on a wet Saturday night and stumbled across this quaint, low key Italian restaurant. The food was plentiful, tasty and great value for money. We shared a couple of pastas and pizza's with no complaints at all.

This is an unpretentious local pizzeria, serving the usual range of pizzas and pasta dishes. Service is not wonderful, but the food is good old-fashioned Italian, and the servings are generous. Decor is sparse, but you don't come here for the view or the setting, only for a quick bite. The prices are quite OK -- not low, not high,... More

Grabbed a quick lunch here, chips were really good, drinks were cold but the service was rude. In between our Kayak lessons there was sufficient time to get some lunch, we were not after a sit down dining experience, just some hot chips to sustain us throughout our afternoon session. We got the chips without the cheer.

After reading the reviews we gave this place a try and was disappointed. We had the capitanos special and a creamy pasta dish. We were not happy with either. Unfortunately the convenient location is the only positive thing I can say.

Wonderfully surprised by this understated restaurant just down from North Sydney Railway Station. Service was friendly and prompt, the dish I had actually did remind me of my late-mother's version of this dish (which I have always loved and looked for "second helpings"! Very reasonably priced and the house wine was very drinkable!

It's a no-nonsense restaurant and the food was very good. Pop in if you like Italian food and you're in North Sydney,
