From unbelievably good pollock to a "bouquet" of local plants to eat, this meal was unlike anything I've had before. The care given to each course; the thought and the preparation was mind-blowing - you learnt something from every dish and every dish was designed...More

And my wife and I certainly had high expectations after reading about IDAS in Saveur Magazine and other great reviews - but Kevin Murphy and his entire staff far exceeded those expectations. I love the idea of a fixed menu, and it is nice that...More

This is an amazing restaurant with a talented, passionate chef who really understands food. We loved the local produce and matched wines. Highly recommended.

They only do tasting menus, as far as we could tell although there is a vegetarian option. Ever had foraged sea purslane? Hand-made butter with seaweed? Fermented lettuce? Monkfish liver? If you are willing to/want to try those, this is your restaurant....

We didn't realise the type of restaurant it was, a set Tasting Menu 5 course. It was such a lovely surprise with the dishes offered just superb. With the added bonus of having the chef responsible come out with their dish and explain how it...More

I noticed Ida's on TripAdvisor and it peaked my interest. We swung by early in the afternoon to make a reservation and actually met the chef Kevin. We arrived for dinner and we were greeted and seated promptly in very comfortable chairs. We were given...More

Hiya, there's no dress code. Lunch doesn't need a reservation but you should definitely reserve if you're going for dinner
