While I tend to shy away from spots that appear to scream "tourist", I was pleasantly surprised to find that this establishment, which IS listed among some popular tourist stops, was populated at lunch-time primarily by locals to Adare, which is certainly a good sign. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food selections, while similar to most pub... More

A quiet setting with an obliging staff who readily supplied a second plate to divide the hamburger was appreciated by travellers who wanted a small quick meal after a long day.

This was a great dinner with good music and food. It is right on the main street in Adare and stands out due to the music and larger size.

We asked for recommendations at the TI and were directed to Aunty Lena's just down the street. The fish and chips were huge and delicious, the Guiness was cold, and the bartender was friendly and helpful. This was a great place to stop for lunch on the trip from Shannon to Killarney..

Enjoyed a beer or two here and a tasty lunch. There was a gaelic match on the large screen so a crowd had gathered in to watch. Good atmosphere. Good conversation with a local gentleman who explained all the rules of the game to me.

From Killarney to Enistimon, we needed to eat dinner. This Pub has the TripAdvisor sign in front of its door, so we decided to try it out. The food isn't the best, but totally ok. There were also a lot of people in it, on a Tuesday evening, so I guess the place is pretty popular.
