The pub is open all year round from 10am until late. Food is served by Kieran's Kitchen from March until beginning of November. Last orders at 8.45pm. We had a relaxed lunch and enjoyed some really lovely craft beer in a pub with genuine atmosphere and welcome. Great pub food, great beer, you must go.
This was a wonderful stop on our tour. We met Peter Curtin the owner and head brewer and sampled some of his beer. What a treat to find a craft brewer in the land of Guinness! (Not that I don't love Guinness mind you!)
We loved our food in two different days. We had the best fish and chips ever really well cooked, moist. Succulent.
We tried the local produced stout and I have to say that is even better than Guinness.
