food was grand nothing worth talking about now but service was very bad i ordered chips that came when i was ordering desert after asking the same waitress 3 times were they where wouldnt recommend for lunch over priced aswell

The Windsor restaurant is by far one of the best restaurants in Dundalk and well worth a visit. It has a fantastic menu to cover all tastes, a great atmosphere and a warm a friendly staff.

The staff are friendly and welcoming and the food is always top quality. There's a great selection of dishes and the set menu is great value for money.

A well run establishment with a hands on proprietor and friendly efficient staff. Creative and immaculate decor. Delicious pub grub and an excellent restaurant upstairs. Would highly recommend a visit when in Dundalk.

We went to the Windsor Bar with my sister and brother-in-law, who live in Dundalk, at their suggestion. They say local knowledge is best, and this place sure proves it. It was great on all counts. it must be at least 5 years since I last ate here and not much has changed. the restaurant looks a little shabby in areas and carpets etc could do with a bit of a revamp. the menu is quite extensive. I stumbled across this place about 10 years ago and I was immediately impressed with the quality of the food. It appears that very little has changed in terms of the menu and the decor 10 years later on, and I mean this as a huge compliment. Went here because of good reviews. It was a Saturday night and there were tables vacant with no reserved signs on but the server told us we needed a reservation.
