I have breakfast here at least once a week, I love the choices that are available. The food is tasty and the portion size is perfect. The staff are always friendly, efficient and accommodating. It is definitely the best breakfast in town and a very friendly and warm restaurant to visit.

Christmas week is undoubtedly a very busy time for all businesses and everyone in general really but, that doesn't give any business an excuse to ignore waiting customers. When we entered we waited to be seated as the sign instructed. We waited five minutes before someone came near us to very quickly say: wait here. We waited a further five... More

I cannot understand how this place ranks so highly. I have given Quimbys a few chances to be fair, but I am repeatedly disappointed by the limited menu, average food and unfriendly service. The manager/ owner seems to set the mood quite low.

Great dining for hot or lunch option , can be busy but that's a side effect of the quality and popularity. Healty options ,flexible ordering and portions. Coffee can be supplied exactly as you enjoy it...

I was feeling a little low on energy one winter Saturday morning, so I decided to treat myself and my good lady wife to a lazy Saturday morning. I am generally responsible for breakfasts at the weekend. I offered to treat my better half to breakfast out. So we walked down the Irishtown bought the morning paper and dropped into... More

I came here twice in the week I was in Clonmel, it's fantastic! Delicious fresh food, a huge menu, lovely staff and a beautiful clean cafe. If you're in Clonmel, you must go here. My highlights were the spicy chicken wrap and the quiche.

Quimbys is a great lunch spot. The daily specials on the board are really good and the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home.

Quimby's is a great neighbourhood lunch place. The standard is high. The service is friendly and efficient. With the exception of the daily special (soup and main) the menu doesn't change. And it has a loyal following of people who don't want change. However, the vegetarian provision is slender on the menu itself, so some variation would be welcome -... More

My wife and I went up for breakfast, We both had a lovely egg benedict and coffee. We will be returning again some time as it would be ideal for a weekend brunch.
