When we arrived I expected regular Irish pub grub. I was pleasantly surprise with the quality of the food and having chosen the soup and panini, I was disappointed I didn't have the chowder (hubby had and I tasted - to die for) or the chicken goujons - they were both fab.

I had a mushroom soup, beef burger, and tagliatelle Carbonara and they were all excellent. Staff is friendly and they served dinner when a lot of other places were already closed.

We ate at Fahy's on a very busy night, so waited quite a long time for our food. When it came though, it was freshly cooked and totally delicious. I had a steak sandwich served with chips and salad and it was really good. Hubby had steak and chips and declared it to be top class. The portions were very... More

Great stop just one minute from the castle! Great menu selection and all the great local brews! Hot whiskey is really good too!

This was the best dinner we had during our 6 day trip. I had the Irish stew and my son had the roast beef. Very yummy. The potatoes were very well seasoned. Several locals were having dinner there so that is always a good sign to me. Small place so not ideal for large groups, perfect for the two of... More

We were staying in the same street and took an easy walk to this small single door Pub. The staff were really friendly , chatty without being invasive. The food wasn't outstanding it has to be said but fitted the bill as pub fare.Wi fi, difficult at our accomodation, was positively booming in here.

Stopped in for a light lunch before making the hike up to the rock. Enjoyed an amazing sandwich for about 5 euro. Definitely glad I found this place! I would recommend Fahy's!

Enjoyed a respite from the rain at this friendly and local pub. Felt welcome and valued as guests. Good food and ale! The barkeep was a fan of The Quiet Man and Cong. Loved her talking about John Wayne!!

We were four very and tired hungry tourists in search of a quick lunch after a trip to the Rock of Cashel. We wer luck to happen upon Fahy's. We had excellent vegetable soup and yummy sandwiches. The staff was friendly and gave us some excellent driving tips. All-in-all it was an excellent experience and I'd recommend a visit.

Thank ScubaMisa
