Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I would highly recommend Wilkins for their food, drink but most of all their hospitality. Stayed in Churchill for 2 nights. Such a lovely area with beautiful views and walks. Victor was so welcoming, and informative on surrounding areas to visit. His son Mark was...so nice to our son. Thank you Victor for letting us feed the lambs and thank you Mark for the spin in the car! We will definitely visit again. Lorraine, Aidan and ThomasMore

We stayed in Church Hill for a few days and visited Wilkins bar two or three times - once to watch the Ireland v England 6 nations final. Absolutely wonderful and being very English I was made to feel very welcome by the locals. Victor...is a superb host and keeps a great pint of Guinness, the food is also very good and this is a very traditional local village bar. Saturday night there was music and dancing and a lot of fun! Great place!More

Couldn’t face driving to a supermarket and was very pleased to find this traditional Irish pub serving freshly prepared meals. We ate there a second time during our stay. Both times fresh, hot and tasty pub food. The pizza was particularly good. No indoor dining...at present but the covered outdoor area was completely enclosed with a patio heater.More

We were made welcome by Victor the owner. Very peaceful village. Music on the Saturday night provided entertainment for quite a number of people who were very friendly. Victor has even provided electric hook ups for motorhomes (2 ). We will be back !

There can be few better places in the world to celebrate New Year than the cheerful environs of Wilkin's Bar. in the rugged wilds of Donegal. Mulled wine and perfect Guinness, plus the culinary delights of Donegal's best chippie and a bar full of celebrating...locals combined to offer a unique & most pleasant experience. The band provided a range of Irish country music that provoked the most introverted spirits to strut their stuff on the dance floor, and join the boisterous and melodic chorus of Auld Lang Syne - which by no means signalled the end of the evening's entertainments.More
