As a background, I love to eat & cook. Now, when it comes to lobster, I'm extremely fussy with the way lobsters are prepared in restaurants or if we buy it, we travelled all the way to places like Flaggyshore, West of Ireland or Bergen, Norway to buy live lobsters direct fr fisherman or go lobster fishing in Kaikoura, New... This is a very small restaurant . It is not fancy or elegant . It's just simple . But let me tell you the food was so delicious . The cost very affordable for the quality . I couldn't get enough of it . The owner , a sweet old lady with a passion for Spanish culture. I can't wait... More

The food really good, the lady of the house very special. Percebes and lobster. Really to recommend. They told me about the Franco stuff, but all gone.

My first visit here. Never, ever (no joke, no scam) I have eaten a langouste (crawfish) like this. Nothing but the cooked creature. It's delicious. And the " Generalisimo" is watching on one side and Picasso on the other. Well balanced..

Very friendly staff in a small restaurant decorated with items of last spanish dictator. Lobster was very nice, not cheap but tasted so good. Owner was very familiar with all guest, use to show you the lobster in your table before boiled in sea water.

Was taken here by a friend with the expectations of just eating delicious seafood. We drove one hour from Playa America just to eat here. We were surprised by the vigor and excitement by which the owner greeted us. She (Olga) is the hostess and waitress and is a riot. When the food arrived, the lobster (bogavante and langosta) arrived... More

Mrs. Olga is an unusal restaurant owner. We visited with a good friend of here so we were treated almost like a family. But even if you go there just like that, you can have some adventure! This Restaurant is small and extremely simple. All that counts are the lobsters, which wait in tanks with seawater next door from restaurant,... More

The restaurant had been recommended by a friend and it lived up to the hype he had mentioned. This is a must restaurant if you are in A Guarda or nearby, both for the food and the service. The 4 of us in our group had one of the best afternoons of our trip in Casa Olga, despite the fact that... We went to Casa Olga following the recommendations from local friends. The food was excellent, from the starters (croquetas, empanada, camarones) to the main dish: lobster. Olga just dedicates her life to caring of her clients. Her grandson Sergio is taking over the business following the tradition of Olga.
