On travelling to Cumbria my wife and I decided to try out Gretna inn for our lunch.The staff and service was terrific.Our meals were truly sumptuous and the prices were really really good.If your visiting the area give it a visit you won't be disappointed.

Popped in after a number of hours of shopping at the nearby outlet. 1st impression is a welcoming feeling. Very clean and tidy bar area. Staff friendly. Fair prices for drinks. Toilets clean and well maintained.

Stopped off for lunch here, lovely hot food reasonably priced, nice friendly helpful staff too !!! Highly recommend

We got tomato soup for starter which was delicious and then fish and chips for main. It was lovely, portions were massive so we couldnt eat it all. We drove home stuffed.

Quite close, on the main junction. We walked to the Gables easy, from it.

I wouldn't imagine they're permitted in the restaurant bit, save for guide dogs, but there's a back bar with a pool table, etc where they would probably be tolerated. However, that's just my opinion - the number is 01461 337... More

Hello. Traditional pub food. Soup, steak pie, burgers, lasagne, fish & chips etc. All well cooked and good portion sizes. Hope this helps
