My husband and I ate there and had Sunday lunch it was excellent . The staff were very friendly and welcoming . Will eat there again .

We have been here before but were impressed by the restaurant extension and glass floor with views over the gorge. 10 if us turned up and had an excellent Sunday Roast. Price included access to the walk in the gorge which is great fun. Loved...More

How Stean catered for 60 people in there wonderful restaurant, food was amazing, all came together and served hot. Staff were really efficient and friendly and happy to cater for those with dietary requirements. Can’t recommend them enough.

We did a beautiful ride from Pateley past the reservoir - and this just capped off a brilliant day. Lovely coffee and cakes, very friendly staff and lovely views. The glass bottomed floor around the perimeter made me a bit nervous (wimp that I am)...More

Just called in for a quick cuppa on the way up the valley for walking - friendly and helpful staff, good gift shop - lovely glass floor in the cafe to look at the gorge.

Lunchtime with family and sister-in-law. Really lovely, tasty and freshly cooked lunch. The team are also very welcoming. The restaurant has a glass floor which looks down to the gorge. Amazing! We look forward to returning.

I regularly visit the How Stean Gorge cafe as it makes the BEST bacon sandwich in Yorkshire. The only place I know that dips and frys the bread crispy, truly lovely. Also with a fab view over the gorge.
