Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is my absolute favourite place to stop by in the area. Highly recommend their sausage sandwiches, and cakes. Not overpriced. Veggie scotch eggs too. Lovely coffee. A relaxed comfortable seating area inside and heated seating outside, with rugs and beautiful views. The produce in...the farmshop is always highly appealing esp the bread, veg, salad stuff, and flowers. Decide for yourself how great it is and then keep it a secret! Outside toilet which is fine, it is a farmshop at the end of the day after all. Thank you to all the friendly helpful staffMore

I visited today for a Coffee and was recommended a Cappuccino by Emma who doesn’t own the place but is very nice. I also purchased several other items as I fancied buying some interesting “stocking fillers” for the family. Overall, a lovely stop off, the...car park is large but needs resurfacing as I unintentionally skidded about in my new Audi, nobody seemed to mind though 👍More

Visited here for the cafe. Very nice food, standard cafe pricing. Inside and outside seating. Reasonable options for non-meat eaters. Only negative was the toilet not very nice. The farm shop itself is very expensive, and there are 3 other farm shops nearby which are...likely better value, however Eggs to Apples have a larger more interesting range of things and it is a nicer environment.More

We stopped off here on our way home from a short break in East Sussex to, hopefully, buy some good local produce to take home for the weekend. The shop looks attractive and is well set out; the fresh produce looks very fresh and appealing...and they also stock a wide range of tinned &packaged goods and drinks. We bought lots of seasonal vegetables (including local asparagus), salad stuff, shoulder of lamb for Sunday roast, bread and several local cheeses. Everything was of high quality and exceptionally tasty. If we lived nearby we would definitely shop here regularly. We noticed an attractive looking cafe with indoor and outdoor seating but didn't try it out.More

Wonderful place for coffee & almond croissant on a beautiful autumn day. Eggs to apples have opted to keep eating & drinking outside which is very sensible as they approach a very busy retail time. Keeping unmasked diners separate from food retail shows great insight...& understanding missing from many similar establishment. Good quality coffee & one of the best almond croissants around. The outside tables are supplied with blankets & heaters. After coffee & cake I stocked up with high quality vegetables & deli goodies. Great experience as always. I don’t want to labour the infection control point but as a doctor looking after long Covid cardiac patients while over 1000 people a day are being admitted because of coronavirus, it is really great to see such a sensible strategy.More
