Visited Buzz Bar just to have a couple drinks with some out of town friends on a Friday night....the atmosphere was good big open out doors bar /lounge area...drinks were nice and cold.. And the staff pleasant and friendly...
Overall...good place to chill

Delicious spin on what may seem like regular food. The spring rolls were deliciously paired with a dipping sauce and the lamb burger was unnoticeable (couldnot even tell that it was lamb). Drink was up to standard. Staff were friendly and courteous.
Overall- Moderately priced, I would recommend and return.

Nice bar in a great location with parking. Very nice cocktails and shots. Waitress service wasn't great.

My husband sister and I visited on a Friday evening for dinner and drinks. The server took extremely long to take our order. I also enquired from other servers on some items I wanted to order, which was extremely long process. It was disappointing that the hostess never returned to give me an update on my request. We were also asked to move from the table we were sitting as the person explained a bigger group was expected. No big group ever came, but a small group of 4 came and were given the table!?
After all this, we still ordered and the food was very tasty! Prices are slightly higher than similar restaurants but as the food was good, that's not a problem. The only surprising thing was the garlic bread was covered in red pepper flakes, I'm not sure if it is the usual preparation or a mistake. I did not bother to ask any more questions however!

Great outdoor location, good meeting-place for after-work drinks and general chill out. Bar snacks available but look out for the two-for-one drink night specials.

This bar is a nice little cozy bar located in one woodbrook place. This bar has a wide selection of drinking options, there is limited food option, I guess the bar is just designed for drinking. The bar is outside and there is little or no cover, so just hope it does not rain. It is a nice bar to visit for just drinks with friends.

The Good
+ Drinks: the prosecco, Bloody Mary, and Buzzberry Mojito are particular standouts
+ Service: though it can get quite busy, servers are always accommodating and pleasant. Bartenders are friendly and know their drinks
+ Cost: mid-ranged, but the prices listed on the menu are inclusive of tax and service charge
+ Specials: they occasionally run promotions to keep your buzz going
+ Food: sandwiches, mac n cheese, chips n dip etc. are available
+ Ambiance: al fresco is perfect to hang with friends. It's a very laid-back chic vibe
The Not-So-Good
- Al fresco when it rains
- It can be hard to get a table / seat
- Food isn't stellar, but we're there to drink not dine :)

Amazing space liming space with a relaxing atmosphere. The only downside was the facilities at One Woodbrook Place. There was not any running water in the bathrooms so we had to cut our visit short.

My friend and I heard about Buzz bar and we decided to check it out instead of visiting the usual avenue or rust street clubs.
The crowd is certainly different as it was mostly young upwardly mobile adults. The bartenders and waitresses were fast and efficient and the bar itself was clean and well maintained.
My only issue was that drinks were expensive and the bar was a bit boring. I say boring in that groups stayed to themselves and no one was dancing or really interacting with each other.
Otherwise, this is a cool place for an afterwork drink or a cool first date.

Again, I'm biased, being a Trini, but what a great bar for meeting with friends, or watching the beautiful people of Trinidad.
Outdoors, so smokers welcome. Excellent drink selection and underground parking.
Starts to rock around 9 pm on a Friday.

We are not all parents and this review works for those who are and are not. Buzz bar is located in a fantastic spot in what one can only describe as a multipurpose compound called One Woodbrook Place. We decided to leave the kids home one evening and spend a little adult time with friends.
Buzz bar was our choice and suggested by friends and it was a good choice. Buzz is located in the middle of the second 'outdoor' floor of One Woodbrook place. Its basically a cordoned off area with a structure in the middle that is the bar.
The staff were pleasant, the feeling/vibe you get is comfortable and the atmosphere makes you want to stay. Since it is out in the open air, you get the sense of being outdoors and do not get that claustrophobic feeling as you can in a small indoor bar that might be packed with people. They have the regular and specialty drinks as other places have (try the local rum! Single Barrel) and not that it matters, but, the night we went, the crowd was really nice and mixed in age. I say people watch as Trinidadians are generally of mixed descent and quite attractive, this is a great place for people watching, if that's what you're looking for as a feature in a place to hang out. It really is a great spot for everyone to "lime" or hang out as they say in Trinidad. Since we were there only one evening, I can't say if the crowd or music changes on other nights, but, we had a great time the night we went (Friday)
I think a great attraction to this spot isn't just the bar, but the amount of restaurants that are located in the compound all 10 second to 1 minutes walk away in distance, from Sushi to French to Chinese to a Specialty Beer Restaurant and even Pizza Hut!
The compound also has an IMax theater so you can have dinner, a movie and then a drink to close off the night.
Even if the bar isn't you're cup of tea, One Woodbrook is a great place to spend an evening.

Relaxing al fresco dining and bar services.
The menu is concise and the drink menu is also comprehensive.
Ample parking, safe surroundings.
Great place to catch up with friends for a drink!
